About the Event
The 2023 Bioplastics Division Fall Meeting will bring together stakeholders of the bioplastics industry to discuss current topics such as ASTM standards work, state legislation concerning bioplastics, economic and market impacts, opportunities to showcase the bioplastics industry at upcoming industry events, and more. We seek to have collaborative discussions about issues such as acceptance rates of commercially compostable bioplastics at composting facilities and reaching volumes of biobased products suggested by the Bold Goals for US Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing. Whether you’re new to bioplastics or have years of experience, all PLASTICS members involved in the bioplastics industry are welcomed and encouraged to attend this meeting and participate in solutions and resource sharing.
