Whether you’re a PLASTICS member new to environmental, worker health and safety (EHS), and product regulatory affairs or have years of experience, participating in the EHS+ Committee Spring 2023 Meeting offers opportunities to expand your knowledge and networks, inform advocacy, and learn from peers in navigating the challenges facing your business.

The EHS+ Committee provides PLASTICS members at all stages in their career and levels of industry experience with a forum for communicating information and insights, engaging in regulatory advocacy, and sharing practices to advance EHS and product regulatory performance in the plastics industry.

As a member-driven association, your voices are needed to set priorities, shape positions, and drive science- and fact-based advocacy. The EHS+ Committee Spring 2023 Meeting will bring EHS and product regulatory professionals together from across the industry for timely discussions on ongoing and emerging issues. You’ll inform our efforts while gaining valuable information and useful strategies you can put into practice to help advance your compliance and performance goals.

A full EHS+ Committee meeting will be followed by meeting segments for each of the committee’s areas of focus: Environmental Issues, Worker Health and Safety, and Product Regulatory. Guest speakers, member panels, and facilitated discussions will focus on key topics including air permitting and environmental justice; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) considerations with safety, and business considerations with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
